Complaints
Last updated 21 September 2026
If something's gone wrong, I want to hear it from you, and I want to hear it early. Most problems are smaller if they're raised the week they happen.
How to complain
Write to Ryan Brazier, Managing Director. Email is quickest.
- Email: Ryan@midaspropertyassets.co.uk
- Post: Midas Property Assets Ltd, 3 Derby Road, Ripley, DE5 3EA
- Phone: 07837 277436. If you ring, I'll send you a written note of what we agreed so we're both working from the same record.
Tell me what happened, which property it relates to, and what you'd like done about it.
What happens next
- Within 3 working days you get a written acknowledgement, so you know it's arrived and who's dealing with it.
- Within 15 working days of that acknowledgement you get my full written response. It sets out what I found, what I'm doing about it, and why.
- If you're not satisfied, reply and say so. I'll look at it again myself and send a final written response.
If something needs longer, for example because I'm waiting on a solicitor or a contractor, I'll tell you in writing and give you a date.
If you're still not happy
Midas Property Assets is a member of the Property Redress Scheme, membership no. PRS059036. It's an independent, government-approved scheme and it costs you nothing to use.
You can refer your complaint to them once you've had my final response, or if eight weeks have passed since you first complained and it still isn't resolved. You need to do this within twelve months of my final response.
